Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking a Field Airborne Support Tech - AMT V A&P for remote deployment. Position requires 8 years of aviation maintenance experience and an FAA A&P license, with 100% travel and on-call/on-site readiness.

The role supports Gulfstream’s customer base across the Midwest region and beyond. Offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus, the role emphasizes troubleshooting, maintenance on AOG aircraft, and strict adherence to FAA and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be available on an on-call basis and able to be on site or dispatched within two hours.
• Strong communication with customer, flight crews, vendors and supports teams.
• Ability to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on aircraft systems including avionics, electrical and mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft maintenance, repairs, replacements, and modifications on AOG aircraft.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and avionics systems on aircraft.
• Coordinate with inspection for FAA compliance and documentation.
• Provide direct briefings to customers during road trips and maintain professional relationships.
