Gtatelecom is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support large-scale fiber build and Metro E projects. You will manage the full job lifecycle, coordinate between internal teams, and ensure milestones are met on time and within process guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction coordination or fiber/telecom experience.
• Experience with fiber builds, Metro E platforms, and splicing concepts.
• Familiarity with project management or workflow tools (Polaris, Smartsheet, JT, P2, Sentry, Orion).
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities to interpret project data.
• Strong cross-team communication across business, field, and technical teams.
• Northeast U.S. region experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage construction jobs and milestones, updating status from start to close-out.
• Liaise between internal teams to align priorities and workflows.
• Enter and track orders for fiber and coax projects, assign tasks, monitor survey completion.
• Handle resource management including funding requests, material allocation, contract research, and job estimates.
• Administer quality control: checklists, documentation, permits, invoice milestones, and project closure.
• Analyze project data and support adherence to SLAs and process improvements.
