Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly skilled FHIR / Interoperability Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead the mapping and integration of consent, sensitivity, provenance, and policy data into FHIR R4 standards. This role is critical for ensuring interoperability across Epic, REDCap, OnBase, HIMS, and other source systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical architecture with interoperability focus.
• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• Proven track record delivering healthcare integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of FHIR R4 standards for data mapping and integration.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless interoperability between Epic, REDCap, OnBase, HIMS, and other systems.
• Analyze and document consent, sensitivity, provenance, and policy data requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation and integration workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during implementation phases.
• Conduct regular assessments of interoperability solutions and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in FHIR standards and interoperability.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for stakeholders on FHIR standards and best practices.
