Freedom Mortgage in Moorestown, NJ seeks an Analyst, Loss Analysis to QC, audit, and oversee claims filings, ensuring compliance with investor and insurer requirements. The role supports reduction of loss exposure and delivers loss analysis reports weekly or as directed by management.

The candidate will review FHA/VA/GSE claims, perform monthly write-offs, and act as a SME for the claims department while communicating with vendors and site staff. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FHA, VA and GSE claims guidelines.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

• Perform loss analysis reviews to safeguard servicer’s assets and ensure insurer compliance.
• Analyze and rebut insurer curtailments for government insured claims.
• Conduct quality control reviews for default claims and related supplements.
• Prepare claims data for government audits and respond to reviewer findings.
