Job summary

Valiant Solutions is seeking a Security Engineer (FedRAMP) to join our cybersecurity team. You will provide expertise on security control implementations and develop information security procedures for systems and applications, supporting a fast-paced FedRAMP program with CSPs and government clients.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in IT security field.
• Experience as Security Engineer or System Architect evaluating FedRAMP CSPs.
• Certification: Security+, CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Strong communication and leadership in meetings with vendors.
• Experience reviewing 3rd party security assessment reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed architecture and technical design reviews on the full stack for vendor solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews of CSPs to validate secure design and FedRAMP alignment.
• Lead architecture interviews with CSPs to ensure controls meet requirements.
• Develop architecture briefing documents for FedRAMP program manager and CISO.
• Review CSPs FedRAMP documentation and reconcile gaps with CSPs.
