The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PM experience, strong SRE/cloud ops background, and deep knowledge of FedRAMP frameworks, governance, and security controls. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management in technology organizations.
• Hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud operations, or related technical disciplines.
• Strong understanding of FedRAMP Moderate frameworks, controls, and compliance.
• Experience managing complex technical programs with cloud platforms and security tooling.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs supporting security stack and operational controls for FedRAMP Moderate environments.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across engineering, security, compliance, and operations teams.
• Drive compliance readiness efforts and support continuous monitoring aligned with FedRAMP Moderate requirements.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure secure deployment and operational excellence in regulated cloud environments.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen security, compliance, and service delivery.
