Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience.
• J.D. required and licensed to practice.
• Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Proficiency with tax research databases such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corp, and C corp matters.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
• Draft emails and memos.
• Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.
• Assist with Firm-wide trainings in federal income tax.
• Assist with Federal domestic tax due diligence in M&A transactions.
