EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to join our National Tax Office in the United States. You will research and analyze complex federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations, and support M&A tax structuring and internal reorganizations.

You will draft emails, memos, and firm-wide alerts, while contributing to training efforts. The role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a culture that values collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred).
• J.D. degree.

Responsabilités

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues for partnerships, S corps, C corps, timing, and accounting methods.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
• Draft emails and memos for internal and client use.
• Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.
• Assist with firm-wide trainings in federal income tax.
• Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence in M&A transactions.
