Zusammenfassung

ICF is seeking a Solicitation Specialist to support federal research solicitation and peer-review activities. You will coordinate daily workflows, maintain schedules, and prepare materials across solicitation lifecycles from intake to closeout.

The role involves on-site or client-site work in the Washington, DC metro area, light travel, and ensuring timely, accurate reviews by reviewers and program staff.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; or a college degree with at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and provide on-site support for peer-review panels, workshops, and program meetings.
• Must pass a federal background investigation and obtain a PIV credential for facility and system access.

Aufgaben

• Support daily activities across federal research solicitations, proposal receipt, peer review, and closeout.
• Maintain schedules, milestone charts, task trackers, checklists, reviewer records, and panel rosters.
• Monitor progress and promptly identify missing information, delays, or issues to the task lead.
• Prepare routine status reports, summaries, correspondence, templates, and meeting materials.
• Support panel preparation and execution, including reviewer assignments and instructions, reminders, communications, and distribution of materials.
• Enter, validate, organize, and track solicitation, NOI, proposals, reviewer, and panel information in peer-review and grants-management systems.
• Support approved solicitation postings, notifications, and updates through Grants.gov and related channels.
• Use meeting-planning and peer-review tools to support secure proposal access for in-person, virtual, and hybrid reviews.
• Coordinate with logistics on reviewer travel, access, schedules, and participant needs.
• Provide responsive customer service to reviewers, panelists, applicants, and program staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of proposal, reviewer, financial, and pre-decisional information including conflicts of interest.
