Qualifications

• At least three years of federal reporting or staff-writing experience.
• Experience producing recurring or templated reports (WARs, SITREPs, etc.).
• Familiarity with US military branches or federal organizations.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint for official reports.

Responsibilities

• Create Weekly Action Reports, Monthly Activity Reports, Situation Reports, after-action summaries, executive briefings, status reports, and compliance documents.
• Write clear responses and summaries from prompts and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate AI-generated reports for clarity, accuracy, compliance, and adherence to reporting conventions.
• Create reference documents and model answers for federal agency and military report types.
• Help develop guidelines, evaluation criteria, and rubrics for AI-generated federal reports.
• Give feedback on task design, requirements, and deliverable quality.
• Take part in review cycles that improve consistency with established reporting standards.
