• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 5+ years recruiting experience required.
• Experience in federal contracting recruiting highly desired.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs for each position.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting across the contact center portfolio, meeting turnaround times and SLAs.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and administer assessments; reference checks and recommendations.
• Follow up with candidates and Hiring Managers on interview status.
