Job summary

The Tech7 Company is seeking a Federal Procurement and Proposal Support Specialist to lead end-to-end proposal development for federal solicitations and coordinate procurement activities in a government contracting environment.

This role supports policy development, SOPs, and post-submission activities. It requires 3–5 years of federal experience and offers remote work with occasional travel; compensation ranges from $87,000 to $110,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience managing federal proposals or procurement in government contracting.
• Experience supporting federal proposal/RFP efforts and contracts administration.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting terminology.
• Experience with proposal coordination, procurement documentation, and subcontract administration.
• Ability to develop and maintain policies, SOPs, templates, and workflow controls.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and task orders.
• Analyze solicitations, SOWs, and evaluation criteria for compliance.
• Develop project plans, organize proposal teams, and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate with program managers, BD, contracts, pricing, SMEs, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with submission formatting and instructions.
• Maintain proposal documentation, version control, and repositories.
• Track Q&A, amendments, and updates through the RFP lifecycle.
• Support post-submission activities including clarifications and BAFOs.
• Provide procurement and contract support to senior staff and stakeholders.
