Job summary

eSimplicity seeks an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of federal proposals, collaborating with capture, BD, and solution architecture to craft compelling, compliant responses.

You will guide templates, compliance checks, and slide decks, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality content while leveraging AI tools to accelerate win themes and differentiators. Remote role within ET hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years Federal pre-RFP and proposal development/management experience.
• Proven history supporting large, complex Federal proposals.
• Strong Federal proposal writing and editing skills; AI content tools allowed.
• Ability to lead proposal teams and manage multiple proposals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full proposal lifecycle for active RFPs/RFQs with milestones.
• Coordinate with capture, business development, and solution architecture teams.
• Develop and review compliance matrices, outlines, schedules, and slide decks.
• Ensure content is compliant, compelling, and win-ready.
• Facilitate reviews and debriefs to drive continuous improvement.
