Job summary

VetsEZ is seeking a Proposal Pricing Analyst for a 100% remote federal project. You will develop compliant pricing models, labor estimates, and cost volumes to support government opportunities and price-to-win analyses, collaborating with capture, proposal, and finance teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of federal pricing experience, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of federal contracting cost structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2–5 years of federal proposal pricing experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with pricing templates, cost volumes, and proposal pricing documentation.
• Knowledge of federal contracting cost structures and price-to-win methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze solicitation requirements to develop pricing assumptions and cost estimates.
• Develop compliant and competitive pricing models and cost volumes for federal proposals.
• Collaborate with capture, proposal, solution architects, and leadership to craft pricing solutions.
• Prepare pricing templates, cost volumes, pricing summaries, and audit-ready records.
• Support price-to-win analyses and competitiveness assessments to improve profitability.
• Maintain organized pricing files and supporting documentation through the lifecycle.
• Take on additional duties to support team objectives.
