Job summary

VetsEZ is seeking a Proposal Pricing Analyst for a 100% remote role on a large federal government project. You will develop pricing solutions, financial models, and cost estimates to support proposals and win strategy.

Collaboration with capture managers, proposal managers, solution architects, and finance teams is essential to deliver compliant and competitive pricing packages. A bachelor's degree and federal pricing experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of federal proposal pricing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Experience developing pricing templates, cost volumes, and pricing documentation.
• Knowledge of government contracting cost structures and price-to-win concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze solicitation requirements to develop pricing assumptions, cost estimates and compliance considerations.
• Develop compliant and competitive pricing models, labor estimates, and financial analyses for federal proposals.
• Collaborate with capture/proposal teams and leadership to create accurate pricing solutions.
• Prepare customer pricing templates, cost volumes, and supporting documentation for submissions.
• Support price-to-win analyses and audit-ready pricing records throughout the lifecycle.
