Qualifications

• 5-15 years in federal proposal management, technical writing, or capture support.
• Fluent in FAR/DFARS and RFP structure (Sections L and M).
• Strong writing voice: persuasive and adaptable across content types.

Responsabilités

• Own full proposal lifecycle from kickoff to submission.
• Ensure compliance matrix ownership for all sections and requirements.
• Coordinate with GovCon leadership and subcontractors; track post-submission lessons learned.
