GovCIO is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-site implementation and rollout efforts for federal customers. You will own planning and execution from setup through go-live, coordinating stakeholders and tracking dependencies in a fully remote role across the United States.

You will work with engineering, design, and business teams, translate requirements into a clear roadmap, and drive projects in phased waves while ensuring readiness and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5–8 years of PM experience.
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-phase implementations.
• Proven ability to coordinate across government and contractor/vendor environments.
• Strong issue triage and vendor management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in distributed teams.
• Experience gathering requirements, defining roadmaps, and backlog prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage phased rollouts across sites from setup to go-live.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and finalize configuration data.
• Track rollout schedules across all waves to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Validate systems with test scenarios before go-live.
• Communicate proactively across distributed teams.
• Define product vision and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams throughout lifecycle.
• Use feedback and data to inform product decisions and iterate features.
