Job summary

Sealaska Corporation is seeking a Federal Program Manager to oversee federal projects and ensure compliance with federal contract regulations. The role includes supporting contracts, modifications, and SBA filings, and delivering projects while aiding the General Manager with acquisition strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, computer science, information systems or a related field.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience working with Federal contracts and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Federal government customers and stakeholders
• Assist with the development of MBS’s Federal acquisition strategy
• Diligently monitor project progress using work plan and project plan tools
• Assist with execution of contracts, contract modifications, and subcontractor agreements
• Lead internal and external project meetings
• Familiarity with Federal Government security policies and procedures
• Monitor and effectively communicate project status and issues to management and present options for issue resolution
• Monitor resource allocation and labor expenditures across projects
• Other duties as assigned.
