Job summary

Sealaska is seeking a Federal Program Manager to oversee federal projects and ensure compliance with federal contract regulations. The role includes supporting contract execution, modifications, status renewals, negotiations, and government filings. Travel and US citizenship are required.

The position emphasizes project management and the development of acquisition strategy, with the General Manager guidance, and demands strong leadership and communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, computer science, information systems or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience working with Federal contracts and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Federal government customers and stakeholders.
• Assist with the development of MBS’s Federal acquisition strategy.
• Diligently monitor project progress using work plan and project plan tools.
• Assist with execution of contracts, contract modifications, and subcontractor agreements.
• Lead internal and external project meetings.
• Familiarity with Federal Government security policies and procedures.
• Monitor and effectively communicate project status and issues to management and present options for issue resolution.
• Monitor resource allocation and labor expenditures across projects.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, computer science, information systems or a related field of study
