Job summary

Sealaska is seeking a Federal Program Manager to oversee Federal projects and ensure compliance with contract regulations. You will support contract execution, strategy development, and delivery while coordinating with the General Manager on acquisition plans. Travel and US citizenship required.

The role is remote/virtual with approximately 15% travel, requiring strong PM skills and expertise in federal guidelines and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fields include business, CS or information systems.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of eight years’ experience with Federal contracts/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Federal government customers and stakeholders.
• Assist in development of MBS’s Federal acquisition strategy.
• Monitor project progress using approved work plans and tools.
• Support execution of contracts, modifications, and subcontractor agreements.
• Lead internal and external project meetings; communicate status and issues to management.
