Job summary

Saltu Legal, a nationally recognized law firm, seeks a Litigation Associate to join its sophisticated federal litigation practice. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of litigation experience in commercial, complex civil, or ERISA matters; ERISA experience is not required.

Remote work arrangements may be available for qualified candidates. You will handle complex federal matters, including class actions and employee-benefits disputes, and work alongside experienced attorneys while building ERISA

Qualifications

5–7 years of litigation experience.
Background in commercial litigation, complex civil litigation, or ERISA litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent academic credentials.
Federal court litigation experience preferred.
ERISA or employee benefits experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Handle complex federal litigation, including class actions and disputes involving employee benefits, retirement, and healthcare plans.
Work alongside experienced attorneys in a nationally recognized practice.
Represent clients in sophisticated litigation matters across the country.
Develop expertise in ERISA litigation while leveraging an existing commercial litigation background.
