Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal IT experience (GS-2210 or equivalent).
• Experience in hardware repair, network administration, and incident response.
• Information security implementation and compliance in federal frameworks (FISMA, NIST).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heterogeneous IT environments (hardware, software, network, applications).
• Prepare or review federal documentation: ATO packages, privacy impact assessments, incident reports, IT investment business cases.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to federal IT processes, including ATO package reviews, IT investment business cases, incident reports, and privacy impact assessments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and application incidents generated by AI, reflecting realistic federal environments.
• Contribute actionable insights to technical guidance and training resources for AI model development, ensuring accuracy in federal IT contexts.
• Evaluate and refine technical documentation, system configurations, and security controls generated by AI systems.
• Support incident response simulations and use-case evaluations to improve AI model performance in detecting and addressing security incidents.
• Assess AI outputs for alignment with federal cybersecurity, privacy, and information assurance requirements.
