Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an experienced professional to review, analyze, and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to federal IT processes. You will diagnose and resolve complex incidents across hardware, software, network, and applications and contribute to guidance for AI model development.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in federal IT roles at GS-2210 level or equivalent.
• Proven track record in information security implementation and federal compliance.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot diverse IT environments.
• Experience preparing or reviewing federal documentation such as ATO packages and incident reports.
• Commitment to data integrity, security, and privacy in all deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to federal IT processes.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and application incidents generated by AI.
• Contribute insights to technical guidance and training resources for AI model development.
• Evaluate and refine technical documentation, system configurations, and security controls generated by AI systems.
• Support incident response simulations and use-case evaluations to improve AI model performance.
