The Federal IT Project Manager will oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery, while ensuring compliance with security and program requirements. Remote work is provided for the IRS engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government programs or customers.
• Experience managing technical projects and contracts.
• Strong project planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with technical teams and government or enterprise customers is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of the contract and serve as the primary interface with IRS technical and contract administration representatives.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor project execution across multiple technical workstreams.
• Manage schedules, workload, priorities, deliverables, and project status reporting.
• Collaborate with the COR and Program Manager to address priorities, issues, risks, and resource needs.
• Supervise project operations and ensure established work standards and procedures are followed.
• Manage financial and administrative aspects of the project and provide required updates, including designated reporting.
• Coordinate the activities of technical staff and ensure work aligns with IRS requirements and customer needs.
