Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Program Manager to support the Federal Health Practice, leading multi-workstream projects with a proactive, risk-aware mindset. You will work with leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

Hybrid or remote work is available, with travel 25–30% as needed, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. The role requires strong PM skills, experience with budgeting and forecasting, and experience mentoring early career staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management within federal health or related environments.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience mentoring or training early career staff in project management and scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, including forecasting and budget tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote team collaboration.
• Familiarity with publicly funded health programs and managed care contexts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Federal Health leadership to align goals and build repeatable processes.
• Drive project execution and support delivery with project leads.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive workplans with milestones and resources.
• Monitor financials, forecast spend, and ensure budget adherence.
• Identify and manage risks; escalate issues to mitigate impact.
• Onboard and mentor new project team members to build capabilities.
