Marsh seeks a highly skilled Program Manager to join its Federal Health Practice, leading cross-functional project support across multiple workstreams. You will manage risks, drive delivery on time and within budget, and collaborate with leadership to align with client goals in a hybrid/remote setting.

Responsibilities include developing workplans, forecasting financials, onboarding new team members, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication. Travel is required (25%-30%).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, preferably federal health or defense-related environments.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience mentoring or training junior staff in project management and scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project financials including forecasting and budget tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts with Federal Health leadership to build repeatable processes and align with client goals.
• Drive and support project execution and delivery with project leads and managers.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive workplans with schedules, milestones and resources.
• Monitor financials, forecast spend and ensure budget adherence.
• Identify and manage internal and client risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Onboard new project team members with training and mentoring to build capabilities.
• Foster compliance with internal and client stakeholders through established processes.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, on time and within budget.
• Maintain clear, regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Support delivery activities to achieve successful client outcomes.
