Job summary

GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician to support the inventory, condition assessment, and sustainment of large government campuses by managing real property data. You will work with clients and team members to develop effective maintenance strategies that enhance facility reliability and longevity.

The ideal candidate will have trade experience in plumbing, HVAC, structural, or electrical systems, strong communication and self-management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Trade experience in Commercial Plumbing, HVAC, Structural, or Electrical Systems.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in the construction or maintenance sectors is required.
• Must be eligible for a government Position of Trust (Tier 1 level investigation)
• High school diploma required.
• Former military members with a background in construction or facilities management are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visual assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) and evaluate facilities and structures for operating efficiency and life expectancy.
• Input, validate, and maintain facility data using proprietary software on computers or tablets.
• Ensure data accuracy through updates, validations, and detailed reporting.
• Generate inventory condition reports and technical updates for new client portfolio facilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to industry standards and company policies.
