Job summary

GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to support large campus facilities, focusing on inventory, condition assessment, and data sustainment of federal sites. You will evaluate RPIE systems, input data with proprietary software, and generate reports to guide repair strategies.

The ideal candidate brings trade experience in plumbing/HVAC/electrical systems, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote role with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Trade experience in Commercial Plumbing, HVAC, Structural, or Electrical Systems.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in the construction or maintenance sectors is required.
• Must be eligible for a government Position of Trust (Tier 1 level investigation).
• High school diploma required.
• Former military members with a background in construction or facilities management are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-site visual assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) to determine operating efficiency and remaining life expectancy.
• Input, validate, and maintain facility condition data using proprietary software on computers, iPads, or tablets.
• Generate inventory condition reports and technical updates for facilities added to the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to stringent industry and company standards.
