Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Experience with general ledger and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting or financial models.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Attention to detail and organized financial documentation.
• Familiarity with DoD/Federal contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• General ledger accounting and bookkeeping for government contracts.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Financial reconciliations and reporting for contracts.
• Government contract invoicing and billing processes.
• Contract funding tracking and burn rate analysis.
