Nemean Solutions, LLC seeks a Mid-Level Contract Specialist/Administrator II to support the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The role focuses on acquisition planning, documentation, and contract administration for service and commercial requirements, with remote work options in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; or five years of equivalent relevant experience; or at least 24 semester hours in any combination of accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management, along with five years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of FAR and mid-level contract specialist functions.
• Experience with federal acquisitions and various contract types (FFP, cost-reimbursable, LH, T&M).

Aufgaben

• Support acquisition planning, market research and analysis, solicitation development, and preparation of RFPs and RFQs.
• Prepare or review SOWs, SOOs, PWSs, and information supporting government evaluations.
• Assist with selection and administration of IDIQ contracts, BPAs, contracts, task orders, and purchase orders.
• Apply knowledge of different contract types to procurement actions.
• Support cost and price analyses, contract modifications, termination/default actions, and closeout.
• Perform contract administration duties with limited guidance and provide feedback to Government staff.
• Validate acquisition data and coordinate with program and acquisition personnel.
