Nemean Solutions, LLC in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Mid-Level Contract Specialist/Administrator II to support the Federal Transit Administration and its Office of Acquisition Management. The role provides acquisition planning, procurement documentation, analysis, and contract administration for service and commercial requirements.

You will work with government staff to develop RFIs/RFPs, review SOWs/SOOs/PWSs, manage IDIQs and BPAs, and ensure compliance with FAR/GSAR in a fast-paced

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or five years of equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of FAR and mid-level contract functions.
• Experience with GSAR Subpart 538.71 and FAR Parts 12, 13, 37, 43, and closeout.
• Knowledge of FFP, cost-reimbursable, LH, and T&M contracts; IDIQs, BPAs, and POs.
• Ability to analyze tasks, resolve issues, and brief Government customers.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and internet research.
• Willing to sign NDA and comply with confidentiality and COI requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support acquisition planning, market research, RFP/RFQ development.
• Prepare SOWs, SOOs, PWSs, and information for Government evaluations.
• Assist with IDIQs, BPAs, task orders, delivery orders, and POs.
• Apply knowledge of contract types to actions.
• Support cost and price analyses and contract modifications.
• Perform contract administration duties with limited guidance.
• Maintain procurement files and monthly status reporting.
• Ensure technical accuracy and timely submissions with program staff.
