Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Content Manager to work remotely on federal web content initiatives. The role focuses on managing accessible content across DHS-related public-facing sites, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with Section 508 and WCAG standards.

Candidates should have strong Drupal CMS experience, content governance skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience writing for the web, researching, drafting, editing, reviewing, and publishing web content.
• Strong experience with Drupal CMS and web publishing workflows.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility and WCAG standards.
• Familiarity with Federal Plain Language Guidelines.
• Ability to coordinate content updates across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the research, development, review, publication, testing, and maintenance of accessible web content and related application code.
• Ensure web content and updates are accurate, high quality, secure, and compliant with accessibility standards.
• Support content updates across web and collaboration platforms such as Drupal.
• Write for the web and publish clear, audience-focused content for public-facing websites.
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver on deadlines.
