Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group in Washington, DC, seeks a Product Manager to lead a federal engagement focused on developing and deploying AI-powered web applications that support government acquisition and procurement.

You will be the day-to-day client lead, shaping the product roadmap, coordinating with a separate contractor for technical development, and guiding cross-functional teams across product management, research, and marketing. Hybrid work in DC area with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Master's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience.
Federal consulting leadership experience in roles managing client relationships, delivery, and staff performance.
Experience in Agile software development and product management.

Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day engagement lead and primary client contact.
Manage scope, schedules, risks, deliverables, resources, and overall project performance.
Lead stakeholder engagement, user research, testing, and product demonstrations.
