Job summary

This position is primarily remote, with on-site meetings at FEMA Headquarters in Washington, DC or other FEMA locations as needed. Strong leadership, communication, and understanding of FAR/HSAR/HSAM are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Citizenship and ability to obtain FEMA/DHS suitability and background checks.
• Significant experience managing complex federal contracts or programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a federal environment.
• Experience with federal acquisition lifecycle and regulations (FAR/HSAR/HSAM).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for FEMA CO and COR regarding contractor performance.
• Provide leadership and technical direction for BryceTech personnel supporting FEMA OCCPO.
• Manage day-to-day customer relationships and align activities with FEMA mission requirements.
• Oversee acquisition management, planning, market research, cost/price analysis, and reporting.
