Job summary

Anglin Consulting Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team delivering remote acquisition support to a federal government client. You will serve as the primary interface with Government representatives, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance across all assigned work, operating during JST business hours.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, at least eight years in federal contracting, and supervisory experience. U.S.

Eight (8) years of experience in federal contracting.
Experience leading remote teams.
Strong working knowledge of FAR and supplements.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Government representatives.
Oversee day-to-day contract performance and ensure all tasks meet PWS requirements.
Receive, review, accept, or reject Work Assignments from authorized Government personnel.
Provide written justification for rejected assignments, when appropriate.
Assign and manage workload across Contract Specialists.
Monitor quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of all deliverables.
Identify and resolve performance issues proactively.
Ensure all acquisition activities comply with FAR and supplements.
Attend required performance meetings with Government stakeholders.
Manage project schedule, performance metrics, and risk mitigation efforts.
Provide routine status reporting to Government and corporate leadership.
Maintain accountability for acquisition-related deliverables including market research reports, acquisition plans, solicitation packages, award documentation, contract modifications, and closeout files.
