Job summary

Chenega Services and Federal Solutions, LLC (CSFS) is seeking an Acquisition Support Program Manager to lead a team delivering procurement advisory and assistance services for the FDA Sentinel 3.0 program. Remote work is available for local candidates in Silver Spring, MD, with a focus on planning, execution, and compliance across acquisition lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study.
• Minimum of 10 years’ related experience.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition methods and techniques.
• PMP or equivalent desired.
• Knowledge of the FDA and HHS acquisition process.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management for acquisition support services and COR liaison.
• Schedule, staffing, deliverable tracking, QA, stakeholder communication, risk management, and reporting.
• Ensure contract performance aligns with task orders, milestones, and agency priorities.
• Coordinate across acquisition workstreams including lead roles and QA manager functions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, meeting materials, risk registers, and integrated schedules.
• Oversee transition-in/out plans and ensure knowledge transfer prior to closeout.
