Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of direct federal workers' compensation experience.
• Experience working with OWCP claims.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply expert knowledge of FECA and OWCP regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of OWCP claims.
• Lead project assignments and communicate complex regulatory guidance.

Skills

Expertise in FECA and OWCP regulations

Strong analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience using ECOMP

Facilitating return-to-work case management

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
