Qualifications

• PhD in Applied/Computational Mechanics or related engineering field.
• Proven experience in large-deformation nonlinear FEA.
• Strong knowledge of continuum mechanics and FEA.
• Experience with Fortran/C++/C.
• Excellent English communication; agile collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy finite element capabilities for Simcenter Optistruct.
• Translate customer requirements into PDE/ODE and algorithms with robustness and performance.
• Collaborate with QA, support and docs to verify implementations and document examples.
