Job summary

Spreetail is seeking an FBA Analyst to own day-to-day health of our Fulfillment by Amazon program, from replenishment to pricing and onboarding. You will partner with Channel, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive scalable processes and act as SME for FBA questions.

This is a remote position based in the United States with a home office setup. You will build inbound shipments, monitor inventory, optimize Buy Box signals, and develop SOPs using tools like Process Street as we scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, supply chain, or business analytics.
• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA is a strong plus.
• Experience with Excel and building SQL queries; Power BI/Tableau are nice-to-haves.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• FBA replenishment and shipment management to keep in-stock rates high and costs low.
• Onboard new products onto FBA, ensuring listings and eligibility are accurate.
• Support Merchant VINE requests to launch new products and accelerate traction.
• Monitor FBA pricing and adjust to balance sales velocity and profitability.
• Build and maintain reporting on FBA program performance (sales, margin, inventory aging).
• Lead process and workflow development to standardize FBA operations and reduce errors.
• Serve as SME for FBA questions across the company and communicate policy changes.
