Synthires is seeking a Fashion and Interior Styling Expert to evaluate outfits, room setups, and styling concepts on a remote basis. This contractor role offers hourly pay and requires strong judgment of aesthetics, proportion, and materials, across global briefs.

The position emphasizes hands-on project experience, client-ready proposals, and clear feedback on styling choices to meet budget and deadlines. Fully remote with worldwide reach and ongoing opportunities.

Formación

• Professional experience as a fashion stylist, wardrobe stylist, personal stylist, interior stylist, set stylist, prop stylist, or home stylist.
• Hands-on experience working on real styling projects involving briefs, sourcing, fittings, installations, or client deliveries.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, interior aesthetics, proportions, colors, fabrics, materials, and spatial arrangements.
• Ability to evaluate styling concepts and explain why one look or space works better than another.
• Strong attention to detail and creative judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate fashion outfits, wardrobe selections, and interior setups against specific creative briefs, seasons, and client requirements.
• Assess proportions, fit, scale, color coordination, textures, and material selections.
• Review styling choices to ensure they are practical, functional, and appropriate for the intended setting.
• Identify unsuitable items, including incorrect sizing, inappropriate fabrics, or furnishings that do not fit the available space.
• Evaluate styling concepts based on budget, client expectations, and project requirements.
• Compare different looks and interior arrangements to determine which best meets the creative brief.
• Prepare and improve styling briefs, mood descriptions, and shopping lists.
• Provide clear written explanations and constructive feedback supporting each evaluation.
