REVOLVE is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role requires accurate typing, fast response times, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment from a home office.

This full-time position offers standard hours 8am–5pm Monday to Friday, remote work, and the expectation to maintain high quality service across all communication channels.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Type 50+ words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound telephone calls and providing excellent customer support.
• Responding to customer questions and comments via telephone, email, Live Chat, and SMS with speed and professionalism.
• Researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Following up on written correspondence and elevating to the customer service manager on duty as necessary.
• Coordinating and liaising with other departments to resolve problems and promote customer satisfaction.
