Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions seeks a Mental Health Specialist I Family Support Partner Supervisor to oversee the MRSS program. You will supervise Family Support Partners, provide peer counseling, and ensure adherence to OAR policies while coordinating with clinicians and community partners.

You will also support crisis intervention, case management, and staff training, with a focus on recovery and culturally competent care in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field required.
• Equivalent combination of education and work experience acceptable.
• Certified as Traditional Healthcare Worker (THW) and QMHA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily work of Family Support Partners in MRSS program.
• Provide peer counseling and client guidance for recovery.
• Collaborate with team on program goals and onboarding.
• Ensure paperwork is professional, timely, and compliant with OARs.
• Coordinate case planning with other agencies and providers.
• Support crisis clients and provide transportation as needed.
• Participate in supervision and training sessions.
• Act as liaison between clients, families, and CCS staff.
