Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Virtual Medical Team clinician (FNP) to deliver high-quality primary care through telehealth. The role supports patients 24/7 with a strong emphasis on evidence-based care and teamwork.

The position requires an accredited FNP program graduate with national certification and active licensure in Illinois, New York, New Jersey, or Massachusetts, plus availability for weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency settings.
• Currently licensed in IL, NY, NJ, or MA with ability to obtain additional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, email).
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles.
• Provide exceptional care to patients virtually using your clinical training.
