Qualifications

• Certified CPC/COC or CCS/CCS-P.
• Minimum 6 months of on-the-job coding experience.
• Must have working knowledge of EMR and billing systems.
• Must maintain productivity level and accuracy of 95%+.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and in writing.
• May perform other duties as assigned by Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Apply ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT/HCPCS codes to the highest specificity.
• Support clients with coding services for professional or facility codes.
• Ensure documentation supports code assignments and reimbursement impact.
• Adhere to AHIMA/Company ethics and privacy rules.
