Meadow is hiring a Family Case Manager to compassionately guide families through our full service lifecycle—from contract signature to the safe return of their loved one’s ashes. The role demands exceptional organization and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload with empathy and precision.

You will coordinate transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return across internal teams and vendors, building trust and delivering a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning a caseload or book of accounts end-to-end.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Able to manage 100+ cases simultaneously with meticulous record-keeping.
• Clear, calm communicator managing phone/text.
• Highly accountable and proactive ownership of cases.
• Tech-savvy across multiple systems to triage priorities.
• Energized by our mission and remote work setup.

Responsabilités

• Manage a high-volume book from contract signature through final resolution.
• Act as the dedicated contact with empathy via calls and texts.
• Guide families through each step, building trust and a strong client experience.
• Own milestones: transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, ashes return.
• Keep documentation meticulous across all systems.
• Navigate HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, and other case systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure continuity of care and coverage.
• Ensure smooth handoffs and anticipate downstream impacts.
