Job summary

Meadow is hiring Family Coordinators to guide families through our full service lifecycle, from contract signature to ashes return.

The role owns a high-volume caseload, coordinating transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return with empathy and professionalism. You’ll triage across multiple systems and partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning a caseload or book of accounts end-to-end
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to manage 100+ cases with meticulous record-keeping
• Comfortable contacting families via phone and text
• Highly accountable and proactive with excellent problem-solving
• Tech-savvy and organized across multiple systems
• Motivated by mission and open to shaping a new category
• A home setup that supports remote work

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume book of business from contract to final resolution
• Act as the dedicated contact, handling inbound/outbound calls and texts with empathy
• Guide families through each step to build trust and exceptional experience
• Own milestones: transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, ashes return
• Keep documentation meticulous across all systems
• Navigate platforms (HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, GSuite, internal system) to build context
• Collaborate to ensure continuity of care and coverage during shifts
• Ensure smooth handoffs and anticipate downstream impacts
