Job summary

University of Utah is seeking a Faculty & Outreach Liaison to lead and implement accessibility and outreach programming for faculty, staff, and students. You will partner with campus stakeholders to measure progress with KPI dashboards, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires strong facilitation, independent initiative, and the ability to build collaborations across departments to advance disability access and universal design initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration or related field, or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of progressive management experience with leadership and communication skills.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job as described.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support university-wide outreach, programming, and training for faculty, staff, and students.
• Coordinate the Faculty Liaison Program and strengthen campus partner relationships.
• Support teaching assistants with disability and access services guidance.
• Provide outreach on accessibility, curriculum access, and universal design.
• Provide programmatic outreach to students through workshops, tabling, coaching sessions.
• Develop, lead, and deliver training on disability, accommodations, and universal design.
• Ensure all programming complies with federal, state, and local laws and university policies.
