Job summary

ALDI seeks a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and capital asset programs across assigned store locations in the Southern Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and Central Arkansas zones. The role is fully remote with regular travel to stores and warehouses.

Starting salary is $103,500 with increases in years two and three, and a company vehicle is included. Responsibilities include overseeing CMMS, supervising up to 150 locations, collaborating with operations, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field required with 5+ years facilities or construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record required.
• Environmental Health and Safety Certification preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly to store/warehouse locations.
• Strong leadership and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance expenditure through regularly scheduled site visits and CMMS.
• Supervise the maintenance of up to 150 ALDI locations within your geographical area of responsibility.
• Work in conjunction with operations personnel and leadership.
• Make decisions that directly impact the facilities within your area.
• Travel to assigned store locations as required.
