The successful candidate will develop estimating models and coordinate with management to maintain accuracy in bids. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in facilities services estimation along with 5+ years of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of extensive estimating experience, with various project types.
• Ability to estimate costs accurately using Excel.
• Proven background in facilities services estimation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for commercial maintenance bids by analyzing proposal requirements.
• Develop and maintain estimating models, tools, and software.
• Identify labor, material, and time requirements from proposals and specifications.
• Calculate project costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Coordinate estimates with the management team for accuracy.
