Job summary

Leidos in Washington, DC is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with FAA and the NISC program teams across the country, delivering end-to-end financial solutions that support critical aviation initiatives.

You will prepare detailed monthly FAA invoices, support funding and cost management, and collaborate on forecasting with Task Order Managers, balancing time between the DC office (one day per week) and your home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed, accurate monthly FAA invoices and thoughtful substantiation
• Recommending improvements to invoice accuracy and cost support
• Tracking billing lags, journal entries, and resolving withheld invoice lines and timecard corrections
• Supporting task order development, pricing, and funding management.
• Participating in weekly ODC & Travel reconciliations
• Tracking subcontractor costs and funding
• Reporting overtime metrics to FAA customers
• Working with Task Order Managers on monthly ETC updates and forecasting accuracy
• Responding to financial dashboard inquiries
• Managing Work Authorization

What You’ll Do
